The Walking Dead gets an air date

Very unoriginally, the series will premiere on 31st October (Halloween) in the US, according to Total Sci-Fi. There's no word on when it will get here, if at all, but I remain hopeful.

Now that sounds very interesting - I've just noticed that the newsletter from my nearest comic book store has a whole pile of new Walking Dead TPB's so I may have to invest in a few.

The library here is pretty good - and the very first TPB they put on the shelves was Fray, so they have good taste too!
