Lost finishes after fifth season

Lost will end after its fifth season - ABC may announce soon according to SyFy Portal. I quite like Lost but it can be quite a frustrating programme too. We are not that many episodes into S3 here - maybe 6 or 7, I think - and I am still enjoying it. There do seem to be a lot of negative comments about the upcoming episodes so that might make for interesting viewing.

I do think this might improve it because it has always seemed to me to be a story that had a definite ending - if it plays out the avoidance of that for too long, it is just Gilligan's Island on speed. Giving it a definite finish date should allow a clearer path to that eventual ending, whatever it is going to be.

Primeval 1 & 2

Just watched the first two episodes of Primeval. Not bad overall - some of the acting was a bit lame and occasionally the SFX didn't quite convince but those were relatively minor issues.
