You just know that I am going to lavish further praise on this series as Point of Origin continues to explore the wonderful dynamics of this team.

Web continues to push Rebecca, this time seemingly to the very edge as she freezes whilst investigating a routine arson. This turned interesting as she then rose to Web's bait as he offered her a way out but she refused to take it, too stubborn to back down from the challenge. Near the end, she volunteers to be right in the "hot spot"(sorry for the unintentional pun) and masters at least one of her demons. This all makes Web look like a far more sympathetic character because, although we may not like how he does it, we can see that the agents are made stronger and better(?) by his tactics. By forcing them to face their demons, however big or small, they overcome that particular weakness to become better people ( and police officers?).

Just for the record, I did manage to "guess" the perpetrator, not that it was any kind of mystery, but that's beside the point!

I did like the way Louis lit the fire in between the fifth and sixth fires(you'll know what that means when you watch it)! I even felt sympathy (pity?) for him as Rosie "broke" his heart - Chad Lindberg does an amazing job to turn a deluded arsonist into someone we can feel pain for and all in the space of just moments! And I just realised that he's been on BtVS in S1e8 I Robot, You Jane.

In summary, I liked this episode for its exploration of Rebecca's continued recovery form her past traumas.
