Fortunately not at my desk but we had a visitor this morning


Ummm, Steve, you might not want to come to work this morning. Why - well there's this *little* problem with your desk!




The snake made a run for it (can I call it a run if it doesn't have legs?) once the snake-catcher turned up but the snake catcher got him. Don't worry, the snake's not being hurt, it's just *really* pissed at being caught.




Snake-Catcher 1 Snake 0. The guy is from Marapana Wildlife Park and is specially licensed to do this stuff - sooner him than me!




A beautiful Dugite, I think Mr. Snake-Catcher said. Fair size too - enough to give you a *very* nasty bite! And so the excitement for the day is done - or I hope it is, at least!

Yeah, at the time I didn't really notice, but when I got to see the photos, that was exactly my reaction too.
