The cover art for Dexter in the Dark is out - can't say I like it very much at all. The abstract red/black/white covers of the first two books in paperback are by far and away my favourites - they are menacing but yet thematically consistent (blood spatters and variations of them).

Hmm...I'm not so sure about it either. I definitely don't like the bright red of his hands contrasting with the almost hot pink of the horizon. It might have looked better if they'd just done the palm tree/horizon thing in shades of blue and made the red of his hands the most brilliant color. :-/
