I blame it all on the heat!

Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it! I always eat an apple or a pear on the way home from work. Amongst my many other obsessive behaviours perfectly normal habits, I always have to start an apple or pear - apple today - by holding the stalk still and twisting the apple around until the stalk comes out. As I was driving along today, I did just that. I pulled the stalk out and then threw it out of the window (yes, yes, litter, blah, bitty, blah, blah, blah). Sadly today, I did that and then looked down at my hand. There is the stalk and, yes, there in the rear vision mirror, is my apple bouncing down the road!

*sigh*

LMAO. Oh man. Not laughing at you, I swear. :D I have done some pretty bone-headed things in my time, too. I've gone hunting for my glasses several times, only to realize they were on my face or on my head, for example. XD
