A very pleasant day

catalyst2Just got back from a friend's wedding this afternoon. It was a wonderfully understated event, such a contrast from the last few ridiculously extravagant and largely tasteless weddings that I have been to recently. Everything seemed to have been put together with thought and class. Ceremony was beautiful and the bride, cliché though it is, was radiant!
The dinner was very pleasant, the highlight of which was the array of small profiteroles with various fillings (orange/chocolate, coffee, chocolate, coconut, vanilla custard and chocolate/mint were the ones I saw although I'm not sure that last one worked!)
