catalyst2Total SCI FI has an (*SPOILERS* in the link) interview with Zoe Tapper and Robyn Addison who play Anya and Sara respectively in the Survivors remake. Sounds like both are happy with the character development that each of their characters have experienced this season. The Chunnel scene could have been good if they'd ever got it into the script.
