And it's gone again

Yesterday's flare up of my diverticulitis has gone already. I am really happy the pain has gone so fast - usually it takes a while on the low residue diet before it works. Given it was so fast, I am wondering if it was something very specific that triggered it - but I am at a loss as to what. Still, it's gone and that's all I really care about.
