So what do you think of my implants?

How can I answer that question?
The background: first day back at work since the holidays and meet a colleague who I haven't seen since about June last year. That was her opening question! Talk about a tough start to the year! I think I eventually managed a "Well, as long as you're happy with them, that's what counts."
Rather than "Who the hell nailed two basketballs to your chest?" which was my initial reaction. She had chosen very large implants - I mean LARGE - and it just didn't look good on her at all. She looked sort of off-centre? off-balance? I don't know but I certainly didn't think she looked better for having had it done.
I didn't really think she wanted honest feedback so I guess my route out was the chicken's route - she wanted validation, not critique, I think. My answer was evasive but I just couldn't bring myself to say she looked good - I'm a coward, I know!
