Wire in the Blood: Unnatural Vices
Dec. 4th, 2009 11:57 pmI hadn't realised until I looked here but these are double episodes - which is even better because we get the whole arc in one go.
This was such a step up from last week's (Prayer of the Bone) and so much more intense. I did like that I just couldn't quite decide who was responsible - at one stage, I though that maybe it was Tony's neighbour! Also the exploration of the whole idea of what constitutes deviancy and what constitutes fetish was fascinating - especially because there were so many nuances of it that the entire line became grey.
Everybody's acting was topnotch - I disliked Collins almost on sight, showing that he was clearly doing his part! Let's hope that they keep showing these at reasonable predictable intervals. When WiTB was on last year, it was all over the place so it was nearly impossible to watch consistently.
