It's a good kind of pain

Finally manged to get in my remedial massage session with the masseur at the chiro's today. Holy crap but that woman's got bony thumbs and a wonderful knack of finding exactly *that* spot! I feel like I've been hit with a sledgehammer but I do feel a lot more relaxed and some trouble spots feel looser than they have for months.
