(Please note that names are altered to protect the terminally stupid!)
I sent an e-mail inquiry off to a company last week (called, let's say, XYZ Stuff). I got an email from Michael (XYZ's PR officer) today asking me what my e-mail address was to reply to last week's inquiry. Hmmmm ..... #1
I considered various replies and then decided that I would play it straight so I replied back, writing my e-mail address into the reply. He sent me a new e-mail back (not a reply, note) thanking me for the address. Hmmmm ..... #2
About a half an hour later, I get an e-mail from Michael with the information I had asked for - in another new e-mail. Hmmmm ..... #3
This took a total of 5 e-mails when it only needed two. Regardless of what the answer was, I wasn't going to be doing any business with this company!
