Monsters vs Aliens

catalyst2Went to see Monsters vs Aliens today. It seemed mildly amusing and referenced many classic SF movies (B.O.B. oozing out of the movie theatre doors amused me immensely) but I think I was too absorbed by my search for arrows (see what you did to me, ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
innerbrat?) to catch all the references. Colbert doing the Axel F theme also cracked me up.
Overall, I was amused, never even noticed the 3-D thing and thought it was a light take on the usual "outsiders save the world and find themselves" theme.
