Must be my day for it

I managed to fall asleep today in the middle of a short training course that we were on. When I say "asleep", I really mean it - not a catnap or brief interlude. Fortunately, an alert colleague spotted me sleeping and managed to distract everyone away. She woke me about 5 minutes before the end of the course. I felt quite refreshed.

I've just fallen asleep again, missing the last 20 - 30 minutes of Heroes, the eclipse episode, I think.
