catalyst2I weakened and bought the S1 slimline set this afternoon. Mind you, I got mine for just AUS$23.95 (about US$18.70!)
I have just finished watching the pilot and this beast is exquisite! This has everything I like in a series - complex, intertwining story lines, flawed heroes, angst and pain and lots of set-up for future story lines. I'm really excited about this now - just hoping they can maintain this quality for a good proportion of the time. I love it when I discover a new series to watch, especially one that's already got a few eps under its belt so I've got a bit to catch up on.
