They want pretty assholes. These are the same people that treat face lifts, tummy tucks and lip injections as if it's eyebrow waxing. I would guess it's also common with gay men.

But it's an asshole, why does it need to be pretty? I was about to add a comment about what's next - but I suspect that I'm that far behihnd the times that whatever I think is next is probably already being done!
