Now it just feels like a hangover

After lunch at today's conference, I dived into the queue for a 15-minute free chair massage. After various jokes about why you would massage a chair, which I'm sure none of the masseurs had ever heard before, I got my massage. Arianne was very talented because she managed to loosen my right arm enough that I can hold it above my head for the first time in two weeks so "WOOHOO!" on that score. Of course, I now feel like a Mac truck hit me so "BOO!" on that score. She even reduced the pain in my lower back/right hip quite considerably. Given that this was all in 15 minutes I was most impressed.

Gods I miss chair massages. We used to have a guy come through Time Warner when I worked there before the dark days of the AOL takeover. It was heavenly. I'm so jealous.
