That was ***HOT***

Whilst in Fremantle today we had lunch at the Esplanade Hotel's Atrium Garden Restaurant. Because work was paying (it was part of a training day thing), we had the buffet lunch. It was the usual delicious meal as always, but the highlight was a vegetarian chilli full of traffic light capsicums (green, orange and red) and three or four different types of beans. I usually don't eat vegetarian meals but had to this time because the main roast meat was beef (which I can't eat). This chilli was the tastiest version I have eaten in years but it was so very, very hot - you know, the kind that makes your eyes water at ten metres and sears your oesophagus as you swallow every mouthful - but just so delicious.
The enormous slab of very rich chocolate gateau that I managed to shovel down afterwards helped with the pain!
