Back to work so sadly full dress code was required once again. Also managed to forget my password to get my phone messages, my password for the enrolment system and my password for the results system, all of which have to be different. When I phoned the Help Desk for new passwords, they gave me the same one for all three. When I asked how that was possible, they glibly replied "Oh, we can do that, you just can't!"
