Yes, it appears likely that Pixar is going to do the long-awaited live-action version of John Carter of Mars, according to Jim Hill Media. It looks like they will be aiming for a trilogy of movies and it also looks like they looked through the list of ERB's Barsoom novels but didn't go for the first title, A Princess of Mars.
