Joss Whedon spoke to me personally at work today

That was a lie - but it was almost as good. Live, I got to listen to Joss on radio on the other side of the world in an interview at Fanboy Radio. Great interview too - covered all sorts of stuff, too many to mention (translation: I was so full of (deep and manly) squee that I can't even remember very much of what was said).

Almost as much fun was watching the prodigious rate of posting on the thread at Whedonesque!

Transcripts are going up even as I post, the first partial one (I think) at Whedonesque.org.

It quite made up for the scary drive to work this morning (see previous post)!

I didn't hear the bit about the playdate between his and AA's children ("Don't you customers realise that I am listening to Joss Whedon live for frak's sake - go away with your trivial "life-threatening issues" and let me listen in peace!" is what I should have said if I had an ounce of courage but I am, apparently, ounce-less) but I could hear the "Awwwwwwwwwwww"-age across the globe!
