28 Days of Lunch: Day six (14th October)

catalyst2The joy of Sunday lunch - I can pick anything I want so I picked
A large bowl of Sustain with a sprinkling of Milo cereal and low-fat milk and a banana. The banana must be some kind of new variety because these things often look like they are badly bruised and/or over-ripe but are actually nice firm bananas in top eating condition. Get used to it - I eat a lot of bananas and this is the only variety around the local shops! I love cereal for breakfast but I don't get to eat cereal during the week because I eat breakfast on the way to work. Instead, I sometimes have it for lunch on the weekend.
There's also a large mug of hot water (in my West coast Eagles mug). I drink hot water because I am allergic to both tea and coffee but I like hot drinks so I settle for this. I find I can't drink hot chocolate or any other hot drink because I have got so used to the blandness of the hot water that everything else is a sensory overload so hot water it is!
