My ass is really sore tonight. "Why?" I hear you ask (it's that or I hear you run screaming out of the room!). Just been on a 3 hour bike ride this afternoon which was fun and all but sore does not describe my current state! Why oh why doesn't some one invent a bike seat with an in-built ice pack so that the pain is numbed even as you bike around? And as for the swelling, well I really don't think you want to hear about that - but the ice pack would be good for that too AT THE SAME FRAKKING TIME. Two birds, one stone ....
