catalyst2Another gem from Reading The Vampire Slayer, this time from an interview with Steven DeKnight (on p. 118):
"..... so I (SDK) wrote a Buffy spec script called 'Xander the Slayer', where Xander accidentally absorbs Buffy's powers and we find out why men can't be slayers, I'd tell you more but there is a chance that it might end as an episode of the animated show."
Of course, the animated show is no more but I would love to have seen that script produced!
