Urghhh, too early

It's Saturday - what the hell am I doing up so early? Oh that's right, heading off to Merredin for more Junior Fire Brigade! Not sue how long it's going to take to get there but I guess a while from people's comments about "being prepared!"

They were right

Sure was a long day - took 4 hours to get to Merredin and then the competitions went on until late and then there was dinner and finally I am in my motel room. I am at the Merredin Plaza All Suites . It's a classic country motel - comfortable, so big I could swing two cats in it and water pressure that just about blew me out of the shower cabinet. It also has decor form the mid 80's, complete with rendered internal wall and feature brick wall but it's quiet and warm so I'm happy with it.
