Not getting any better news

Later news articles are getting a clearer picture of yesterday's earthquake in Christcurch: some initial responses, political and logistical, (complete with illiterate headline!) and the next threat. Still haven't heard from any friends there .....

Sandman for TV - again?

Judging from this Total Sci-Fi article, more changes are happening in the never-ending saga of the adaptation of Gaiman's Sandman to TV/movie/something else. This time it looks like Warner Bros. acquiring the rights (putting the long awaited DC/HBO movie on hold, I guess).
