Another one down

NBC cancelled Heroes. I can't say that I'm surprised, given the latest US viewing figures but I'm still disappointed. Having watched S1-3 on DVD recently, the series seemed far stronger than when I watched it (intermittently) on TV. I really haven't seen any of S4 to comment on the continued decline.

Another cast change for Game of Thrones

According to Airlock Alpha, Emilia Clarke will replace Tamzin Merchant as Daenerys Targaryen. There's nothing on Clarke's imdb profile to make a judgement on but from the couple of photos there, I can certainly see her as Daenerys.
