Mr Buckethead's Day two
Sep. 1st, 2009 09:25 pmThe cat seems to have relaxed a little about his bucket - he still crashes into my leg when he tries to brush against me and still catches it on corners when he walks too close to them but he's adapted well to it generally. He's eating a little more which is a good sign.
The wound cleansing is still not a pleasant experience for him - that saline must sting like hell - but we've got it down to a very efficient routine so it's almost over before he realises it. He's still sticking close by and he really likes to sit on my lap - he's never really been a lap cat before - but he's more relaxed about that too. He goes back to the vet on Thursday so she can look at how well he's going then.
