Mmmmm ..... pie

Went down to the Miami Bakehouse today (yeah, crappy site, I know!) and had a Cajun Chicken Pie. Absolutely exquisite combination of light pastry and firm chunks of chicken in a surprisingly delicate but spicy sauce. Just perfect!

Gem is just that - another gem in this great series. As always, I missed who the perpetrator was - twice over, in fact but the twists and turns continued to impress me.
