Joss *really* is going to direct an episode of The Office

Look, it says so right here! Along with J.J. Abrams. Not "along with", OK, just "along with". Clearer? No? OK, Joss is directing an episode of The Office. JJ is also directing an episode of The Office - a completely separate and different episode than the one that Joss is doing. There, that should be clear now!

I suppose I will now have to start watching The Office to figure out what the hell is going on!

I splurged again!

I really didn't mean to but when a book just sits there on the shelf and yells "BUY ME! BUY ME!" what else are you supposed to do? I went to my favourite 2 shops again - Quality Comics and Empire Toys - supposedly just to look for the Runaways Vol.1 HC (damn, you Joss Whedon, look what you have got me buying!) which I duly found. But what else did I find - well, what about Moore's From Hell and then five more BtVS TPB's: #5 Pale Reflections, #10 Out of the Woodwork, #11 False Memories, #12 Ugly Little monsters and finally #17 A Stake to the Heart.

Staggered out an hour later and AUS$260 (US$203) lighter but it was worth it! Mind you, when I got back, I did discover that I haven't even finished all TPB's I bought in October!

Back home again

Back at home again after 3 frantic days (and 2 nights) in Perth. Good fun and I came back with serious swag - see previous post - but I'm tired. Need sleeeeeeeeeeeeeep now.
