Last night I rediscovered the joys of Starcraft. I haven't played this for a long while but slid right back into the groove. Redoing some of the missions was very nostalgic - afternoons spent eating vast amounts of chocolate biscuits and Vanilla Coke, an entire summer's PC-time nothing but Starcraft. I haven't heard from my playing partner from those times for years - David, next time, I'll get the Coke and biscuits because I think I owe you from the last dozen or so sessions!
Sweet, sweet game and so well designed - I don't think I have ever had Starcraft crash on me (unlike the early version of Warcraft II: The Tides of Darkness which used to crash every time you cast a spell right at the top of the screen in Scenario 7.
Ah, good times.
