I really wasn't sure what this movie was going to be like but I was pleased on almost every score.
First check of the watch - too busy laughing to care!
I didn't think there was any way this movie could sustain my interest the whole way through - the TV programme these days barely gets a glance from me, it has become so formulaic but I was surprised here. The movie is as funny as any Simpsons episode I have ever seen. From Ralph's "opening moments" to the very final scene, this was just very very funny. There's not that much of a plot and not very much that is satirical but many supporting characters get a moment to shine. It just like visiting a very familiar place and finding that it is better than you remember.
I laughed, laughed some more and then finished off with some more laughter!
