Just saw Comics Continuum's October page for Dark Horse and there are the covers for Issue 7.
The blurb:
"Written by Brian K. Vaughan, penciled by Georges Jeanty, inked by Andy Owens, colored by Dave Stewart, cover by Jo Chen.
Faith's out to kill a Slayer.
Lady Genevieve Savidge is one of the most dangerous women on the planet. If she's left unstopped, the British heiress will usher in the apocalypse. Faith has accepted Giles's offer of an early retirement package for this gig - but the wetworks will have to wait till she's infiltrated Savidge's mystically protected estate.
40 pages, $2.99, in stores on Oct. 3."
Interesting indeed - and I notice that it is 40 pages again!
The Chen cover:As gorgeous as ever and boy does Giles look dangerous! Faith just looks absolutely gorgeous - and dressed in ballgown, of all things. From the blurb, I'd hazard a guess that that's her "cover"!
The Jeanty variant: I have to say that I don't like this at all - as I also didn't like his issue 6 variant. What's with the bubblegum pop look? I get that it's Faith at the front (looking about 16 again, I might add) but is that Buffy at the back? Is this the ultimate time-travelling Jossverse cover and that's Inara in the middle?
