One of the sub-genre's of speculative fiction that I love is post-apocalyptic tales but I struggle to find anything I like on the net. During the course of the day, not only did I find Gone with the Blastwave (which I thought was very very funny - thank you [livejournal.com profile] cerridwene for drawing my attention to this) but then I also found Post-Nuke Comic (which is not funny at all but still very interesting).

Now, any more similar out there (don't care what medium or genre as long as it is post-apocalyptic)?

Oooh, never read Post-Nuke comic, time I'm gonna have to go look a that after this. But Gone with the Blastwave is just sooooo amazing, sadly he doesn't update regularly but I still adore it, it's just so great.

Glad to see there's someone else then me that's nuts about Post-Apocalyptic themed things. ^____^

One of the earliest TV series I remember being absolutely obsessed with was Terry Nation's Survivors and one of my all-time favourite books is A Canticle for Liebowitz so I'm definitely keen on this theme. I have always meant to read Miller's sequel, Saint Leibowitz and the Wild Horse Woman but can't find it anywhere locally. Have you read it, by any chance?

No, never read any of them sadly. Good I take it? I must make a note of trying to get a hold of them :3

Canticle is genius - but reasonably heavy reading. I haven't read Wild Horse Woman but there seems to be split opinions on that one - love it or hate, it seems!
