The Final Five may not even be known to the Cylons themselves - and may be "super-humans" of some kind. He makes a very convincing argument for it too.

Definitely interesting ideas - I wondered why Ronald Moore had left these models to so late in the series. Just for dramatic effect? Possibly but he's not inclined to do that. And why do the Cylons themselves also know so little? Your speculation certainly answered both of those questions and tied into some past events that don't seem to have played out yet. Certainly thought-provoking!
