catalyst2Good game of Dystopian Wars last night
Got to PAGS really late so didn't get to play many turns but even in that short time, I got hammered! It was 1000 points against Corey's FSA fleet. It was just one of those bad dice nights for me. By turn 2, I had lost six of my nine frigates, two of my three cruisers were down to a single Hull Point with the third sunk, my battleship couldn't hit anything and a "devastating" mine run by my bombers resulted in not a single HP lost to any of his squadron of four frigates. Oh, and my cruisers broke too!
I'm really glad we stopped at the point we did because I suspect it could only have got worse if it had gone on any longer! Still, it was a fun game and I continue to learn more about the game each time I play.
