More random Jossverse connections

I just happened to catch the opening credits for Stargate Atlantis last night and who should I see but Jewel Staite. It turns this was S2e7 Instinct. No spoilers but Jewel did a very good job - and sure as hell was hard to recognize under all those prosthetics. In fact it wasn't until a close-up where she smiled very broadly that I could recognise her.

I can't say I have ever watched a full episode of Stargate Atlantis but it seemed quite good. The Sheppard/McKay/Weir interaction seemed quite dynamic and fun with lots of potential but I have to say that the big guy with the sword (Ronin?) was written as a bit cliched although his acting was OK.

well she comes back to the show at the end of season 3 this time with out the prosthetics.

I saw that as I was going over the her imdb profile - might be worth watching a few more epsiodese of it then!
