Mmmmm ..... chicken wings

catalyst2I wasn't sure where to eat tonight but in the end we went to The Meat & Wine Co Darling Harbour. I had BBQ chicken wings with blue cheese dipping sauce - the BBQ sauce was, on its own, too sweet but when paired with the sharpness of the dipping sauce, became a perfect combination of flavours. Very nice indeed - even if a little expensive.
