Profound, profane or pedestrian

I have to say that I loved this series the more I watched it. Having finally seen the last two episodes, I think it is just wonderful. I can see how it struggled for viewers, though - the humour is dark and the world view really is bleak. George really isn't likeable very often, certainly in the early episodes of S1 anyway - I think she is much more likeable in the last half of the season. More amazing is that this series got a second season, I think (considering that Wonderfalls never even got that far!)
