Went to the dentist today

catalyst2The tooth that had been causing all the trouble over the last few days was completely pain free this morning when I brushed my teeth but I went anyway. Just as well, because the reason it was pain-free was because it was dead, deceased, an ex-tooth etc.
So one tooth less in my head, 25 minutes later and $279 poorer (hell, that's a pay rate of $11.16 per minute or $669.60 per hour!!!!!), I walked out of the dentist. Having said that, the dentist was one of the most competent and pain-free that I have ever had. Other than the pain of getting the injection in my palate, it was absolutely pain-free. Of course, it's a bit sore now but not too bad, all things considered.
