BtVS S8 #39 Interview

There's a good interview at (*SPOILERS* in the link) CBR with Scott Allie and Georges Jeanty about the issue. Without giving any major plot points away, I think that the way both Allie and Jeanty talk about the issue (and #40) is quite interesting - I think both are very well aware of the impact of issues like that on fans of the series but also see the need to face that impact square on. I don't think either of them were at all surprised at the fan reaction but I think both agonized over it prior to release.
