"Splice" interview

Total Sci-Fi has interesting interview with Vincenzo Natali (yes, he of Cube fame) about the movie which shows that he has some good awareness of the similarities of the movie to earlier "monster-making" movies. It doesn't open here until 12th August so I'll have wait a little longer to see. I guess.

I actually want to see this one, like REALLY want to see it. Haven't heard anything about when it opens over here though which rather sucks.

According to imdb (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1017460/releaseinfo), Norway and Finland are opening on 30th July so it may be about then?
