catalyst2England managed to look truly gallant whilst never really getting going. It must be galling for Gerrard, Lampard and Terry to have eight passengers riding their coat-tails. I mean, HESKEY, seriously? Still, the US have to be happy with a 1-1 draw, given how dire their first 20-25 minutes were. Donovan and Howard were both inspiring for the US too.
