A new approach

catalyst2After yesterday's frustrating tournament experiences, I decided on a new approach to playing 40K.
Don't worry, I haven't abandoned Space Marines, let alone even Ultramarines but I do want a list with a bit more mobility and punch. I have run a fairly conventional gun-line since I first started with 40K and haven't really had a go with anything else. I did enjoy having two drop pods yesterday so I'm going to expand on that a bit but also have units that can move around and shoot, with an assault-heavy spearhead. At the moment, I'm favouring a 10-man Vanguard squad with 10 power swords for an outrageous 40 power weapon attacks on the charge. Might be fun!
