catalyst2According to Empire Online, this prequel will be 3-D. Although I'd grant that there is the possibility here for some great moments (imagine the original chest-burster scene in 3-D, for example), I am yet to be convinced. No amount of special effects and/or gimmicks will make up for a crap script or poor casting.
