catalyst2Went to the Chiro again yesterday, dutifully carrying my x-rays. Nothing of note on the x-rays so he set about turning me into a human pretzel. Several very "deep" clunks, clacks and crunches later, both hips were free of pain (and remain so today) and he even made a start on my neck. That's sore again today but not as much as before so some good progress for only my second visit.
