Survivors interview with Nikki Amuka-Bird

catalyst2Dreamwatch SCI FI has an interesting interview with Amuka-Bird. Her character (Samantha Willis) has a different journey in comparison to the other survivors that the the show focuses on. The interview's emphasis shows that a little I think. I am impressed by how many of the cast seem to be fans of PA fic - I wonder if they were attracted to the show as a result or if their auditions were just better because they got the feel the producers were looking for?
