Battle #2 - fun again

catalyst2Went down to PAGS as usual (can I say "usual" when it's only the third time?) and got a game tonight.
It was 1050-point (don't ask!) vs Orkz. It was a large table so there was a hell of a lot of room to move in which I took advantage so when the Orkz eventually got in range, there was a fair gauntlet for them to run through before they could come to blows. Consequently, all that got to my lines was one reduced squad of Boyz, everything else, including his Warboss, having been destroyed. It cost me all of my terminators but it was worth it. It came down to a slugfest over my objective, he having abandoned his early in the game. Went to 7 turns in the end but all that was on the board by then was 5 Tactical squad marines and my commander vs his last three Boyz but I held on. Sweet victory!
