Mmmmm .... nasi goreng

Had dinner last night on the beach - nasi goreng from Wokinabox. I think this was the best nasi goreng I have had since moving to Australia! This was moist and light with a mix of chicken, roast pork and seafood with a sprinkling of finely shredded vegetables - and there were none of those great big hunks of cabbage that so many places put into nasi goreng! Just enough heat in the spice mix to let me know I was eating something hot without paralyzing my taste buds with excessive chilli! A good sized portion for just 8 bucks too.
